Welcome to the CDS Laptop Program. Eastern Illinois University, in partnership with HP and CDS, has implemented this Student Laptop Program to provide special offerings to its students that includes full business-class hardware and software support at very reasonable academic discount pricing. The Department of Communication Disorders at Eastern Illinois University is committed to integrating the use of technology with clinical and academic course work. The use of technology enhances instruction and facilitates a variety of clinically applicable projects. Using a laptop will help you build vital skills needed in today's job market. The CDS HP Student Laptop Program is offered through the EIU Union Bookstore where the Campus Service Center will be located.
